Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Instrument Sales

If for any reason you are not happy with your instrument, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange (minus initial shipping charges). The instrument must be returned in its original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and documentation.

If you need to return your instrument, contact us at support@fendercpo.com and we will provide you with a return label free of charge. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned instrument, we will promptly process your refund and credit back to the original form of payment.
