Shipping policy

 

All guitars ship for a $19.99 flat rate. Shipping is limited to standard ground within the Continental U.S. only.

We cannot ship to a PO Box. Orders require a physical mailing address to be processed.

All orders over $500 will be shipped with a direct Signature Requirement to ensure it is received. If the signature requirement is refused, the customer will assume responsibility for the package once it reaches the delivery address.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm CST. Shipments are prepared in the order that they are received. We make every effort to expedite orders as quickly as possible, but we cannot guarantee ship dates. Please allow up to 3 business days to receive tracking information.
